Weekly Shout-Outs: Annie - 5 double unders, Erin - 1st double under, Alisha - 40 double Unders, Shannon and Kammie - stuck their landing on a 16" box (meaning they jumped up rather than stepped up for the first time!). Jeri - averaged 14 mph on her road bike over a 25 mile stretch. Previously she could only get 11 mph.

The 5:20 and 6:30 am gals hike/run North Table Mountain every Friday morning. Amazing waterfall at the top, amazing sunrise on the way. LOVE this day!
Paula - We call her part of the "Dream Team". She hasd been in boot camp for 3 years. No, we are not sick of her yet although she is encouraged not to wear shorts because she makes us all look bad.
