Today's workout was the baseline workout for the "Summer Leaning" Challenge, which began today.  3 Rounds: 100m run, 25 pullups, 100m run, 25 pushups, 100m run, 25 situps, 100m run, 25 squats. EVERYONE completed the workout to the best of their ability. This workout will be done again at the end of the challenge. EVERYONE will beat their time, or do more of each movement, or complete more rounds than they did today.
