We are putting a team together for the Warrior Dash. It is sold out on Saturday, so we are going on Sunday. RSVP to robyn@frontrangebootcamp if you want to be part of our team! We need to register by Monday the 28th.
This week's "Shout Out's": Kammie jumped on a 20" box and moved up to swinging a 26# kettlebell; Julie 4 Double Unders; Evelyn 2 double unders and 4 box jumps in a row. Vic 46 Double Unders!

The top 3 finalists for the winner of the Paleo/Zone challenge are Rosa, Annie and Melissa. Third place goes to Rosa with a total of 515 points. Second place goes to Annie with a total of 518 points and 1st place goes to Melissa with 530 points.
Congratulations to all 3 of you! Only 3 points separated 3rd from 2nd place and only 12 points separated 2nd from 1st place. Those numbers speak very highly of how dedicated each of you were to sticking to all of the facets of this challenge. You look amazing.
Melissa lost 8#, 5.5", 2% body fat and carved 4:18 off her 1/2 Angie time.
Annie lost 22#, 9.5"5% body fat and carved 5:24 off her 1/2 Angie time.
Rosa lost 9#, 11.5", and 6% body fat.

The Paleo/Zone challenge ends tomorrow. Post fitness evaluations begin at 9:30. Your 1/2 Angie workout is at 9:00. The winner of the challenge will be announced via the website Sunday at 10:00. The winner receives $210 in cash, 50% off their fee for March and more important than his, you continue to receive the benefits of a lighter, more fit and healthier you!
The 8:00 am class after the mile run, 10-1 chinup/towel pullup, 10-1 body blaster/renegade row, 10-1 tricep kickback/bicep curl workout. Goofballs. Each one of them. But FUN !!!!!!!!! Yes, you can do this boot camp thing.

Weekly Shout Outs: Chris: moved up to swinging a 26# kettlebell and got 21 Double Unders, Kim: 5:07 26# Overhead Barbell Hold, Linnette: 13 Double Unders, Brean, Heidi and Cortnae: first Double Unders!
For those of you who are doing 1/2 Angie workout on Saturday as a part of your Paelo/Zone nutrtion challenge, the time has been changed from 10:00 am to 9:00 am.
During today's workout Cara moved up to jumping on a 20" box and a 33# push press! Congratulations Cara!

Kammie in mid-jump. She started boot camp with an aversion to jumping rope. Hmmm.. she still has the aversion but we make her jump anyway. She is getting more and more proficient each time.
This is Evelyn's first month in boot camp. I mentioned to her last night that Ican already see changes in her body, her posture, adn her form.

And then there is Alisha who makes everything look graceful ...................FREAK.
