Congratulations to the 15 women who completed the 30 day "Fall Off Fast" nutrition challenge !!!! I know what it took for all of you to look beyond the all the road blocks that you faced (probably on a daily basis)  to keep your goal in mind: a stronger, more energetic, more focused, more toned, and smaller woman. 
IN 30 DAYS.
First Place: Suzanne Dumford - 95 points - lost 10#   3% bodyfat, 9".
Second Place:  Erin England - 92 points - lost 8#, 3.4% bodyfat, 7".
Third Place: JeriBeth Stevens - 91 points - lost 8#, 1.4% bodyfat, 10.5"

What I learned as the coach and bean counter of this Challenge:
The women who kept concise, detailed journals achieved the most results. This included journaling not only their food intake but also their moods, sleep, workouts, energy levels. They learned the most about themselves because they were paying attention and writing it down.

These women had the same reasons/excuses/temptations that we all had (travel, illness, injury, family gatherings, restaurants etc.) but did not allow them to get in the way of their final goal.

THE NEXT CHALLENGE BEGINS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21st AND ENDS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19th.  JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS !!!

Just think, in 30 days you too could be 10+ pounds lighter, have 5%+ bodyfat and 10"+ inches gone. Maybe FOREVER!!!!!  What are you waiting for? It's only 30 days.
