Here are some action photos of the women of boot camp increasing the amount of time, day by day, that they can hold in a plank position. This month is "Plank Hold" month. Oh, well, maybe these are not really "action" photos.....

 Sue - 7:00 minutes. She is 65 years old. 7 MINUTES. That is just wrong. But we all want to be her when we are 65.
