28 Day Nutrition Challenge results:

Points awarded in PERCENTAGE of weight and bodyfat lost, total inches lost, food journal logged and turned in, exercise days and most increased plank hold time. EVERY SINGLE POINT COUNTED.
Kelly lost 8.4#, 6% bodyfat, 6.75", increased plank hold by 1:20, got all her food journal and exercise points.
Paula lost 5.2#, 1% bodyfat, 5.5", increased her plank hold time by 7:00 (she held plank for 12:00 minutes!) and got all her food journal and exercise points!

 Lauren lost 10.2#, 3% bodyfat, 5.5", increased plank hold by 1:20 and got all her food journal and exercise points.
